Hello,

It's that time again - next month is almost upon us so here is the August event calendar.

Nyngan's Ag Expo is on this Saturday 1st August. Hopefully the sun is shining and there is no wind! For the first time in 5 years I am going to the expo. Usually I am working but I was able to take the day off this year. It is set to be a great day out. The list of exhibitors is vast!!!

Also happening in Nyngan during August is the Big Boar Bonanza - Saturday 15 Aug at the Nyngan Showgrounds from 9am to 10pm.

There is an event for everyone this month from a ladies night, opal festival, races, campdrafts, writer's festival and more.....

If I have missed any events, please let me know asap and I will add them to the calendar or, if an event has been postponed/cancelled please also let me know.

There seem to be a few more travellers stopping in at the Nyngan VIC this month which is great. Certainly, more travellers are staying overnight or longer at our free camping spots.
