We are just about to farewell September and welcome the tenth month of the year - October. 

 

Not quite as busy a month event wise as the weather starts heating up. But if I have missed any events could you please let me know asap and I will add them to the calendar.

 

Let's Dance Carinda on the long weekend looks like being a fabulous couple of days. There are activities on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Carinda. Go Carinda!!!

The long weekend continues with Cobar and Nevertire rodeos, Gilgandra's Under the Gums Festival to name a just  few.

Saturday 11th October is a busy day all around the traps - Nyngan Garden Club and Nymagee CWA both have Flower Shows, the Dolly Parton Festival in on in Narromine, Bourke has the Back O Bourke Stampede and Pro Rodeo, Noccundra  has their Campdraft, Bike Gymkhana and Rodeo, Bollon has a Ball and there's more..... 

 

Toyota Tour de OROC is a major fundraiser for Macquarie Homestay in Dubbo and the cyclists will begin their  tour in Dubbo on Monday 6th October cycling to Warren on Day One.  For further information https://www.rotarydubbosouth.org/event/tour-de-oroc/home
