Wilcannia and region April 2025 Event Calender

Hello,
There are a few events that have been impacted by the QLD/NSW flooding and rain:
- Noorama Races (12/4/25) has unfortunately been cancelled.
- Cunnamulla Great Outback Treasure Hunt ( 5/4/25-6/4/25) has been postponed.
But good news - an event that missed the April calendar is happening on the 20th of April at Cameron Corner. They are opening the old, time capsule and setting a new one down. Bit exciting to see what was buried previously!

Wow, this year is passing by so quickly. April sure has a lot of events happening with something for everyone no matter what their interests or age from triathlons to rallies, light shows, gymkhanas to music festivals and Easter parties. The Easter long weekend sees an explosion of events around the state and into western QLD and NT as well. I wish all the many organisers all the best and may their events exceed expectations!! May the weather gods be kind to us all.
