Mutawintji Local Aboriginal land Council Board

MEMBERS OF THE MUTAWINTJI LOCAL ABORIGINAL LAND COUNCIL
and
 REGISTERED ABORIGINAL OWNERS FOR MUTAWINTJI NATIONAL PARK
are invited to attend meetings to conduct Mutawintji Local Aboriginal Land Council business including the election of a new MLALC Board
and  Mutawintji National Park Aboriginal owner business

On park at Mutawintji National Park -> White Cliffs Community Hall

Arrival on Friday 13th July -  Dinner & camp set up.

The meeting details on the 14th of July  are as follows:-

Ordinary Meeting 1 10am

Ordinary Meeting 2 and 3 :-

One Extraordinary Meeting will be held at 1.30pm to deal with Nuntherungie Station.

Two Annual Meetings to discuss the follow items 2.00 pm
#     Welcome
#    Confirmation of Previous Minutes
#    Receipt of the Mutawintji LALC Annual Report
#    Receipt of the audited financial statements for:-
    2009 - 2010
    2010 - 2011

Meeting of the newly Elected MLALC Board will be held at 5.00pm on 14th July

Mutawintji National Park Aboriginal owners Sunday 15th July  -Please  register your attendance via email at mutawintjilalc@hotmail.com with your name and address or call Clayton Spencer on 0428 874 164 by 5pm Friday 6th July 2012.
As accommodation is limited, please come prepared to camp out.
