Hello All,

Well, what a great job Fiona did for me last week, and a very special thanks to her for filling in. “Life is like a coin.” How good is that!

We are drawing to a close for the year it seems, with lots of Xmas Parties, School Presentations, and very few “travellers” on the road, all gone home settling in for Santa’s arrival.

On behalf of our little Tourism Association here in Wilcannia, I would like to thank all of you who supported me with “what’s happening on your patch” through the year. Without your help I’d have nothing to tell. A big thanks to everyone that has shown their appreciation for getting “This ‘en That”, was so good to catch up with friendly faces in Ivanhoe on Saturday. (and a bargain at the sale!).

We will be back with you again at the end of January, and hopefully guide you all again to where the action is. Next year is a special one for us here in Wilcannia as we will be 150 years young! And everybody is welcome to help us celebrate this on the June long weekend next year.

So please take care over Christmas, enjoy your Xmas Parties, have a fantastic time, and on behalf of Fiona and I, and all our members, please call again next year, come and say hello, and listen to our fabulous radio stations in the meantime.
